About the micro:bit
Designed by the BBC and created for school children in the UK, the micro:bit is a low-cost mini computer has a variety of features such as motion detection, built-in compass, LED display, Bluetooth technology, and connects to other devices, sensors, kits and objects. If you’re new to coding and hardware, this kit is a great place to start, and is a great jumping-off point onto other micro-controller platforms such as the Arduino or Raspberry Pi.
