Do you offer volume discounts?

Do you do Purchase Orders?

Yes, we can provide a quotation and work with Purchase Orders. We extend a discount for schools and education institutions. In addition, many of our classroom packs are available for special order. Drop us a note at hello@gethacking.com.

Do you accept international orders?

We typically ship to Singapore, Malaysia & Indonesia. For other countries, we may ship to you, but do a checkout to calculate shipping charges. If your product has built-in Lithium batteries, we may have to review your order before shipping.

How quickly do you ship?

Most local orders should arrive within 3-5 working days. International orders will be sent out within 2 working days (Shipment time varies for international orders. You will be given as estimate on the checkout page)

How much is shipping?

Within Singapore, we have a range of shipping options for your budget:

Outside of Singapore, we use a third-party shipping service (that consolidates options from the likes of FedEx, Janio and DHL). A real-time shipping rate is calculated upon checkout.

What is your refund policy?

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@gethacking.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return question at hello@gethacking.com.

My order came damaged or it has issues.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Please bear with us as we do get requests from users of "defective" items that ended up being a misconfiguration issue, for example putting the batteries in wrongly, or connecting the components wrongly, or having bugs in the user code. It may take some time to uncover the real issue with item.

What is your warranty policy?

We follow the warranty policy and period (usually 1 year) of the manufacturers of the respective products. Generally that means we will honour returns of items that suffer from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. The warranty will exclude damage from accidents or using the items outside the intended use cases.
