Shipping policy
Most local orders should be arrive within 2-5 working days. If you opt for local courier delivery, we'll expedite your order processing and it should reach you within 1-2 working days (sooner if your order comes in before 10am).
International orders will be sent out within 2 working days.
How much is shipping?
Within Singapore, we have a range of shipping options for your budget:
- Free: Self-pickup from our office at 59 Jalan Pemimpin, L&Y Building, #04-01 (By appointment. Order & payment must be made online in advance.)
- $4+: Qxpress or other local courier
- $10+: Expedited Local Courier
Beyond Singapore, we use FedEx, DHL and UPS and shipping rates are calculated upon checkout.
